We organize thoroughly entertaining classes and events to laugh and learn about cheese.

The most popular course, is “Cheese One-O-Fun.” It’s a 60-90 minute program that can be geared towards adults or children and their limited palettes. It wont dwell on fancy, stinky, or “moldy” cheese. (We save that for “Cheese Two-O-Pew.“) Cheese One-O-Fun is designed to give you an entertaining education on cheese origins, ingredients, production and tasting. We’ll also do some basic cheese boarding and eat a whole lotta cheese. All programs are designed to give you the confidence to expand your cheese horizons.

Special Events:  Make your event/fundraiser/company party/ or team-building exercise more interesting and way cheesier with a Ten Four cheese “experience.”  We custom build our thing into your thing, seamlessly.  Guests can experiment, take risks and be pleasantly surprised by a cheese they would never have tried otherwise.
