If you tend to avoid certain cheeses based on their appearance, then you are actually…pretty damn normal. Most people avoid things that they think they won’t like. It’s a core survival skill coded into our DNA to caution us away from eating something that might be poisonous. But we’re not cave-people anymore. So, if you see it on a cheese tray, and everyone is raving about it…give it a try. If you absolutely HATE IT, swallow it and pump your fists for the effort or discreetly spit it into a napkin and follow up with a shot of vodka. You earned it because you tried. I promise you, at some point, you will find something that lights you up.
